Thought I would throw this out there, but MSAR has developed a new NATO magazine for their E4 rifle that they're introducing at SHOT, which accepts NATO mags. The mag is very similar to the AUG-style mag they produce for their older rifles and will look great with our AXR's...
Check out the thread here at ARFCOM on the subject, there are pictures on page 2. They're taking preorders which should ship right after SHOT if you give them a call, (814) 363-9260 Ext 19. They're offering them at 4 for $100, $10 for shipping. I ordered some today. |

Is it just me or do they seem a bit over priced?
I can get PMAGs direct from Magpul's website for $14.95 a piece, and these are known to be damn good mags. (I bought 10.)
I guess my question is, what is MSAR offering for $10 more per mag that Magul isn't? |

I bought them for the authentic look they'll give to the AXR.
I have almost 20 black PMAGs with the window, and a gazillion used steel ones.
I need to add a few Lancers to my collection. |

Ahhhh...
The "Cool Factor" I can fully understand!
You may be able to ward off the coming Zombie Apocalypse with yer standard aluminum mags but no reason why you shouldn't have the option of lookin' damn good while yer doin' it |
